At _The Kennels_, part of the world-renowned Goodwood Estate, we’re looking for a warm, friendly, and professional individual to join our Reception team. As the first person our guests meet, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience - delivering impeccable service with a friendly welcome.

**What you'll be doing**:
You'll be the face of The Kennels - our stylish private member's club - greeting guests, handling bookings, responding to enquiries and transferring calls as required. No two days are the same and you'll get to learn all aspects of operations at the Kennels, including how the restaurant operates, together with an in-depth knowledge of our food and wine menus.

**What we're looking for**:

- You'll be a people person through and through
- Have experience working with customers (hospitality, events, retail - all count)
- Know your way around a computer (not just TikTok)
- Notice the little things that make big impressions
- Bring positive energy and a sense of fun to work every day
- Have a car - our countryside spot is stunning but not on a bus route

The basic hourly rate is £12.21 plus 12.07% uplift for holiday pay = £13.68 per hour.
