Administrator/account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for my client based in Appleton Thorn, Warrington, cheshire for a permanent contract.
You should have previous experience of general office administration work and able to work under pressure and part of a team, have a good knowledge of Microsoft and Excel.
Office Administrator Job Purpose:
Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office managers and directors by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as a contact to visitors, drivers, customers and vendors in person, online,and via telephone.
Office Administrator Job Duties:
- Handles expenses and billing cycles
- Manages part reception area and looks after visitors
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Data Input, Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Training Account management for specific client’s - training given
The hours will be rotating Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm first week and second week 7am till 4pm
Rate of Pay £11.00 per hour
Immediate start following a successful interview.
