**Job Title**: Bathroom Sales Advisor - Retail Sales
**Reporting to**: Sales Director
**Location**: Armley, Leeds
**Salary**: £23,000-£26,000 + Commission
**Hours**: 9-5pm Monday to Saturday - **(Day off in the week)**
**Job Summary**:
We are a nationally recognisable bathroom retailer looking for someone with strong showroom sales experience, artistic flair and ideally with bathroom and/or tile knowledge. You will be based in our Leeds showroom.
As a company we are successful in our industry and have a long established good reputation with suppliers and customers alike. We have a clear vision of where we want to go both online and in-store and need someone (salesperson) who is enthusiastic and energeticto help us to get to the next level.
We are a relatively small team so your role would play a significant part in our business. This position is more about being enthusiastic and creative and having the energy to fulfil your ideas in real-time.
We are looking for someone with experience ideally within a Retail Showroom environment selling Bathroom, Bathing and Showering Products and who has the following attributes:
Our Showroom is open six days a week Monday - Saturday.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Order and Payment Processing via our CRM system
- Advising our website customers and taking orders via the phone
- Using multiple IT and CRM systems
- Essentials Skills & Attributes
- Be a likeable and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the industry
- Be able to work as a team and independently
- Manage multiple projects, sales and service.
- Well organised and self-motivated
**Desired but not essential**
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Numerate with good administration and organisational skills
- Communicate effectively at all levels both written and orally
- Excellent customer contact and approach with a friendly, positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Improve customers’ experience by ensuring that all inbound calls are handled whilst offering best in class customer engagement
- When required, act as a support to handle calls across various customer interactions for both sales and service as required
- Ensure technical knowledge is developed and maintained on all systems relevant to the role in order to support our brand
- Experience working in the bathroom industry or similar (Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, home furnishings)
- Virtual worlds CAD software
**Job Package** (included as a minimum)
- Salary of £23,000-£26,000
