**Flexible working options (up to 3/4 days WFH)**

**Permanent - Full time 37. 5 hours**

**Up to £85,000 depending on experience, 10% bonus and fantastic benefits.**

Our Solution Architects work with colleagues from across the UK business to understand and translate business requirements into solutions that are fully aligned with the organisational, architectural and technology strategies and support delivery to make sure they are implemented correctly. You will be responsible for driving best practice, educating colleagues and feeding into Bupa's Architecture strategy.

This is a diverse role and you will need to be adept at working across multiple projects, managing your own time and outputs. It is essential that you have a background in solutions architecture, proven experience in gathering and interpreting requirements and are an excellent communicator who can manage diverse Stakeholders.

**How you'll help us make health happen**:

- Gather, analyse and manage business and solution requirements and translate into best of breed solutions that are aligned to the Bupa strategy and technology roadmap.
- Create compliant and robust solution architectures aligned with business and legal requirements, as well as policy.
- Deliver Architectural Designs, Prototyping, Business and Logical Views, create patterns and input into the IT strategy and target architectures.
- Support delivery teams during delivery to ensure solution integrity and provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Control relevant knowledge and intellectual property of our core Platforms and understanding their data flows, capabilities, characteristics, potential and limitations.
- Be a chion for quality and technical excellence.

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- Extensive experience of working as a solution architect, with additional experience as a business or solutions analyst, developer, tester or similar project environment.
- Strong experience of working across a broad range of technologies including one or more of the following;
- Integration technologies
- Content Management Systems (specifically Sitecore)
- .net technologies and Microsoft stack
- Identity and access management
- CRM (Dynamics / Salesforce)
- Working knowledge of architectural principles
- Understanding and experience of Generative AI
- Proven experience of gathering, interpreting and managing business requirements and translating into market leading digital solutions and the full project lifecycle.
- Exposure and passion for new and emerging technologies and trends.
- A motivated and confident self starter who uses initiative and drive to get things done.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working with different internal stakeholder groups, as well as and external suppliers.
- Enthusiastic, passionate and innovative.
