**Salary up to £45,500 + £5,100 car allowance**

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in order to help them recruit for a Fostering Team Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. They are happy to consider a Senior Practitioner or an Assistant Team Managerlooking to take a step up, allowing you to progress your career.

This role is available due to internal promotion, showing that you will have continuous opportunities for progression with them.

**Responsibilities**:
The Fostering Team Manager will oversee a small team of very experienced Supervising Social Workers, providing them with guidance and support. You will be based at their office in Romford.

In this role you will not be holding the Ofsted registration, so your role will not be too stressful. You will be part of a service that is rated Good by Ofsted, so it is a very nice place to work for. They are actually a not for profit IFA, which meansthat they re-invest their profits back into the service in order to make sure they are constantly improving.

They are also a therapeutic fostering agency and they provide ongoing therapeutic training and support.
