**The role in a nutshell**:
The Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) Operations Consultant is a key position taking responsibility for the day to day Operations of all GEO workers and clients.
As the GEO Operations Consultant you will provide first class customer service whilst managing the life cycle of each workers employment with Safeguard Global.
The position is remote based with ad hoc travel required when requested to our office based in Holmes Chapel.
**How you will make a difference**:
- Ensuring all worker and client details are current and correct by updating our inhouse systems and files.
- Maintaining master payroll schedule input and data on a daily basis.
- Ensuring payment accuracy and reports are requested/received in a timely manner for payroll.
- After the initial onboard you will manage any changes in employment contracts.
- Monitoring and maintaining all benefits during life cycle of employment for each worker.
- Ensuring relevant extensions are proactively produced for fixed term contracts where required.
- Providing an outstanding day to day HR related service to the clients and workers
- Annual creation and approval of payroll calendars to in-country experts and clients as required
- Working through compliant offboards for all workers whether on Indefinite or Fixed Term Contracts.
- Working closely with the Payments Team to ensure any relevant client deposits are returned and any late client payments are received.

- Being a natural communicator (written and verbal) with excellent customer service skills
