?? About the Role:
As a Client Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional, friendly, and efficient support across a range of property services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.

?? Key Responsibilities:

- Log and manage service requests using internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide updates and follow-ups to clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous service improvement.
