The post holder will support the Berkshire Healthcare Digital Transformation Programme, working as part of a team of Digital Skills Trainers, developing a wide range of educational material and delivering our computerliteracy and Microsoft Office 365 training Programme.

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of highly engaging learning content to improve the usage of our Microsoft Office 365 technologies across the Trust and partner organisations as well as developing and delivering training to organisation staff. You will design, develop, and update creative learning content and training packages.

Using your specialist knowledge and experience you will advise on appropriate solutions to technical problems, and the best use of Microsoft Office 365 software and available technologies.

You will be taking a lead role for the training workstream on projects, working as part of a cross-functional team. Working collaboratively with the other members of the Training team to identify and translate learning objectives, outcome requirements, instructional design requirements and constraints to produce content to service and Trust requirements.

You will also maintain content within our 'always on' Microsoft Office 365 learning offer, as delivered via Mobile app and internal website, you will also be supporting our enterprise-wide Microsoft Teams live Events and Teams Webinars
