Specific tasks of the Supply Planner include:

- Physical network design (route designing and warehouse location designing)
- Monitoring and providing feedback on global spares market performance.
- Providing support for the roll-out of any future stocking locations.
- Monitor and feedback on market performance.
- Track warehouse utilization rates and costs associated with operating locations.
- Understanding of market operational costs and work to address inefficiencies.
- Inventory optimization and obsolescence management.
- Delivery inventory stock turns in line with corporate objective.
- Manage service delivery within the define corporate inventory targets.

Supply Planner applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Degree qualified, or equivalent, or be suitably qualified by experience with a strong background in procurement administration management.
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrable problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets.
- Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate a flexible approach.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
