**The Role**

The Social Media Executive position reports to the Brand & Communications Manager and serves as a key member of the Brand & Communications team, servicing brands. You will develop upon the existing social media and marketing process through new ideas, developstrategies, campaigns and implement them for clients and pitches for prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing client social media channels and marketing campaigns.
- Leading your own client accounts, from strategy, admin through to analytics and reporting.
- Working on various marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple social media channels - helping boost client brand recognition and drive commercial objectives.
- Responsible for supporting management in servicing clients.
- Working with the creative team, you’ll generate lively and engaging content to bring our clients stories and brands to life.
- Responsible for developing and executing content calendars, copywriting and content banks.
- Responsible for producing content across all marketing channels.
- Pulling together monthly marketing reports covering awareness and commercial KPI’s.
- In-depth knowledge on industry trends and competitors for clients and B-Engaged.
- Responsible for influencer marketing campaigns and CRMs

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-years’ experience working within the Sports Marketing Industry.
- University degree in a marketing field.
- Passion and strong knowledge of the gaming industry
- Strong track-record of social media community management and development within the sports or gaming industry. Either brand, team or agency background.
- Strong oral/written communication skills.
- An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and gaming industry trends across various titles.
- Develop & deliver marketing presentations, materials, and collateral.
- Develop framework for marketing reviews, including data analysis, collateral creation and tactical recommendations.
- Anticipate the needs of the cultural audiences based on the current/upcoming priorities.
- Develop focus group and research tools for B-Engaged and clients.
- Excellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns & clients simultaneously.
- Create and manage marketing plans/budgets that deliver to KPIs.
- Track record building and maintaining strong business / client relationships.
- The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible.
- Experience running reports and exporting data from online platforms.
- Energetic with a 'can-do’ approach.
- Passion and desire to work in the sports marketing industry..
- Understanding of local and national community building online & offline.
- A knowledge of paid media would be desirable although not essential.
