RMN, Clinical Nurse Service Manager, Supported Living ServicesYour new companyMy client is a successful provider of domiciliary care in the Midlands region - providing support hours to more than 300 clients. The company is now focussing on supported living,with its development of 20 single person flats.Your new roleInitially, this new role will be around 20 hours a week, with the hours increasing as the setting up of the service is completed, and residents are admitted.SUMMARY OF ROLE: An exciting role for anRMN, with proven experience as a qualified nurse Able to step up and take the lead role, set up the Supported Living service, and manage staff The RMN will ensure that the services operate within CQC guidelines, as well as the company's own policies and proceduresWorking with the Business Development Manager, the RMN will be able to review referrals, carry out assessment of referrals, and produce suitable assessment reports in a timely manner, for the funding panels The services will include adults with a learningdisability, mental health, and/or autism diagnosis The residents may also have challenging behaviour, complex needs, a personality disorder, and may have a forensic background Reporting to the Director, the RMN will be passionate about providing high standardsof care and support to our residents, and will be able to build a rapport with referrers, families, and colleaguesWhat you'll need to succeed Will be a qualified Registered mental health nurse with active NMC PIN with 24 months post qualifying experience Deliverhigh quality, service user focused support and care Participate in the development of new services and care pathways Relevant clinical experience Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality Ability to develop and useflexible and innovative approaches to practice Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsWhat you'll get in return Up to £37,500 per annum pro rata, depending on experience The hours are flexible, from 20 hours per week, for the first6 months It is expected that after 6 months the post will become full time 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata Free on-site parkingWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of yourCV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employmentbusiness for the supply of temporary workers.
