**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
**Skills**
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
- Capable of performing clerical duties with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with computerised office systems and procedures.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office efficiency.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
