***_About Your Role_***:
**Your role at Charlotte Tilbury is to drive overall performance across our Fragrance Category. Ensuring you take every opportunity to enhance and impact across all existing revenue streams. Promoting key business objectives and KPI’S and providing an elevated Fragrance experience within all service touch points. You will ensure the extended team are continuously upskilled in the Fragrance franchise providing expert services that immerse customers further into the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Brand. You will take the lead and drive sales of Charlotte Tilbury Fragrance with an always on mindset to beauty wardrobing across Makeup and Skincare.**

**_ As a Fragrance Specialist you will Lead the Fragrance Category within your flagship account:_**
- Creating exceptional experiences for our customers which are authentic and tailored to their personal needs.
- To initiate contact with potential customers and welcome them, both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Bringing our fragrances to life through storytelling and demonstrating the highest level of expertise within fragrance.
- Use your unique skill set and strength to enrich the overall customer experience.
- Proactively contribute to the brands growth within the Fragrance market, being the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury Fragrance ambassador.
- To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager.
- To pro - actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (AUS)
- Achieve service target for Mystery Shopping.
- Play an integral part in building Charlotte Tilbury Clientelling through book backs and data capture. Take ownership for the impact you make within the wider team.

- Target-focused and results-driven through strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build capability to drive growth.
- Experience working within the beauty industry.
- Clear, consistent, and motivational communication style.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skill with an independent and proactive working style
- Strong people focus with a passion for developing teams
- Personable and approachable; able to build rapport quickly and ability to influence others.
- Self-starter; able to motivate oneself and others. Also, ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
