Full Job Description

As one of our Luxury Fragrance Specialists, you will combine your deep appreciation for perfumery with exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming, inspirational, and deeply personalized in-store experience. Your role is to guide clients through the world of Bibbi Parfum, educating them on our creations, helping them explore scent families, and curating bespoke fragrance rituals that resonate with their identity.

You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to creating unforgettable in-store experiences and impactful retail moments that elevate the brand, you will help maintain the impeccable visual standards that reflect our brand's artistic spirit and ensure our counters stands out in the luxury fragrance landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver authentic, personalized, and memorable customer experiences aligned with the Bibbi Parfum ethos.
  • Guide clients through our fragrance collections and help them discover scents that express their individuality.
  • Support and participate in activations that elevate brand awareness.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through storytelling, expertise, and service excellence.
  • Contribute to a passionate, supportive, and performance-driven team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of retail or luxury experience is required; experience in fragrance and department stores is highly preferred.
  • A natural ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and highly personalized customer service.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate fragrance notes and brand values into meaningful customer experiences.
  • Passion for niche perfumery, sensory exploration, and craftsmanship.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Strong understanding of luxury standards, etiquette, and elevated client care.
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
