**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual for an entry-level IT position in our Norwich office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop their career and IT skills within a business environment, and particularly within an ERP landscape.

**MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide day-to-day IT support to both on-site and remote staff, providing first line hardware and software support, escalating internally or externally where necessary.
**- **Monitor IT functions to ensure proactive and timely issue resolution.
- Perform tasks such as user account creation, hardware relocation, laptop setup, telephone system management, software updates and maintenance.
- Occasional travel to other sites in the UK/EU.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office or helpdesk environment, and the ability to demonstrate

problem-solving skills and previous IT project work.
- Understanding of Windows Server 2012+ and MS network environments
- Basic understanding of, and a willingness to learn and develop SQL database and reporting skills
- Physical ability to occasionally relocate or deploy new hardware
- Understanding of network concepts (TCP-IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

**Beneficial**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel functions (lookups, advanced filtering, etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows batch files, basic scripts, and PowerShell
- Exposure to various ECOMM platforms, eg, Amazon, Magento, Shopify

**Work Environment**
- Predominantly office-based with some hybrid working possibilities
- Hands-on experience in a variety of IT functions
- IT Training and development opportunities including recognized certifications in MS SQL and MS Server.
