Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful IT Support business is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer to join their experienced team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join the team on a full-time basis, providing a high level of technical support to their broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients and third parties, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
- Acting as an escalation point for other Engineers
- Working on a mixture of project and day to day tasks
- Provide a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients across varied industries
- Visit client sites when required
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company timescales and SLAs

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar 2nd Line support role
- Troubleshooting Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016
- Experience with Office365
- Experience troubleshooting MS Windows 7, 8 and 10
- Good knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP
- MS Azure
- MS SharePoint
