Central Employment are working in partnership with a leading Newcastle based Marketing & Communications Agency, as they look to appoint a Business & Finance Executive, operating on a MAT cover contract.

I’m looking for a dynamic, digitally savvy, Business and Finance Executive to cover maternity leave. The initial period will be for four months, with an option to extend to 7 months. We would like someone in place by mid-March to allow for a transition period.

**Business & Finance Executive**:
The role of the Business and Finance Executive is to manage the company’s operational, financial and administration procedures. The Business and Finance Executive will take responsibility for the companies bookkeeping, client invoicing, client budgets, supplier payments and forecasting updates. The Business Administrator will work alongside the account teams to ensure appropriate financial procedures are implemented and that the client’s budget is managed and reconciled appropriately.

The Business and Finance Executive will also have responsibility for the office management and provide Personal Assistant support to the Director.
The Business and Finance Executive will report directly to the Director to ensure the smooth running of the finance function. They will be trustworthy and reliable and have a mature, confident and self-motivated attitude as well as the aptitude to work to tight deadlines.
