**About the Trust**

Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is a Mental Health Trust and, given the nature this post, may include exposure to distressing information and circumstances**.**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- The post holder will be required to plan and organise a broad range of complex activities in support of service redesign, which will include the formulation, coordination and adjustment of team work planning and selection of work priorities.
- The role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the involvement of patient users/carers in service redesign programmes. This will involve effective communication and escalation of risk/issues to project managers/project leads where necessary.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Minute taking skills
- Evidence of ongoing continued professional development
- Bakcground of delivering projects in complex and challenging environments
