People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly client based in Sutton Coldfield.

Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager you will be required to efficiently and effectively administrate all sales-related functions.

Hours of work: 40hrs per week, 8.30am - 5pm

**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

Day to Day Duties
- Complete and maintains all customer records
- Reactivates dormant accounts
- Make changes or updates to account information
- Provide timely response to customer requests for status of their orders
- Provide prompt quote response to customers if required
- Return phone calls / messages timely
- Provide technical data to customers upon request
- Provide a timely response to request for missing paperwork if required
- Generate profitable revenue through order closing / order taking
- Make best effort basis to resolve customer related problems, issues and challenges
- Process and acknowledge customer P.O. Acknowledgement
- Manage customer outstanding order books
- Monitor incoming stock and proactively inform clients of any potential delays
- Participates in departmental and company meetings

Essential Skills
- Very good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and particularly Excel is vital
- Customer facing experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail

Desirable Experience
- Ability to speak another language - Spanish or French is desirable but not essential
