**Purpose of the Job**:
The commercial customer liaison officer and administrative assistant provides direct service to Ceres customers and planning for the demands of the commercial team.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the Ceres customer liaison officer to:

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Direct partner liaison to ensure material needs at component and fuel cell stack level are forecast and scheduled in Ceres Material requirements Planning (MRP) system
- For material / stack supply - raising quotations, sales orders, packing slips and arranging customer shipments
- Support Sales & Operations Planning meetings to ensure forecasted customer demands and confirmed orders are precisely captured
- Ensure accuracy of pricing via the raising of sales orders and customer invoicing
- Liaise with Logistics to ensure customer shipping requirements and packaging specifications are met
- Receive shipping updates from Logistics; communicate tracking information to customers
- Provide customers with a direct point of contact for material scheduling and any Product Management Requests (PMRs) that may be open
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints to include the keeping and publishing of meeting minutes
- For the commercial team in general, and in particular:

- Helping to align activities across the commercial team. Provide schedules that show who is where and when
- Preparing schedules that capture upcoming customer visits, their scope and executive support required
- For these visits; legal preparation (Non-Disclosure Agreement and any other related paperwork), executive onboarding and briefing, room bookings, taxi scheduling, Horsham and Redhill administration for site tours, lunches and dinners
- Providing a one-stop shop support service to our overseas commercial colleagues who may be travelling with these customers
- Process, Purchase Orders, and Expenses support
- Support with travel plans and bookings
- Support with event and conference logistics
- Organising and supporting meetings and offsites

**Skills/Experience**
- Excellent communication and relationship builder, comfortable meeting with a range of partner cultures
- Understanding of new product development and the requirements associated with prototype and production components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both engineering and commercial teams, as well as customers
- Ability to demonstrate precision in executing, fastidious and a high level of attention to detail
- Experience of working with (MRP) systems to load and schedule material supply demands
- Being comfortable in making decisions on behalf of the commercial team when making visit arrangements and co-ordination of activities
- Ideally degree-qualified, but A Levels a minimum
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Takes responsibility for the seamless delivery of materials to customers
- Proactively identifies and solves administrative planning problems that impact the successful outcomes of customer or potential customer visits
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability and confidence to work in a fast paced organisation
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and influence where necessary
- Delivery-focused and highly motivated, capable of handling multiple priorities
