**About the Team and Role**:
As a Facilities Housekeeper, you will be a vital part of the team ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the estate for The Scouts Association (TSA). This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same—you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining our bedrooms and communal areas to the highest standards, supporting events, and helping with operational tasks.

**As the Facilities Housekeeper, Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness in bedrooms, communal areas, toilets, kitchens, and meeting spaces.
- Event support, including setting up and ensuring smooth operations, which may include weekend work.
- Routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Daily laundry tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while ensuring all spaces are sanitised and safe

**Who we’re looking for as our Facilities Housekeeper**:

- A logical thinker with outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to self-prioritise and complete tasks without supervision.
- A team player who’s comfortable working independently
- At least two years of experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role.
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping and cleaning.
- First Aid and Fire Marshall training (or willingness to complete the training).
- Good time management and an ability to perform under pressure
