**JOB ROLE**:Temp Finance/Admin Assistant

**COMPANY**:LUXURY FASHION BRAND

**HOURS**: Full time

**LOCATION**: London - West End

**ROLE**:Temp role 2 months

**YOU NEED TO BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE AND A STRONG CANDIDATE OF EXCEL. HAVING AN INTEREST WITHIN THE WORLD OF LUXURY FASHION WILL BE A BONUS.**

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions

Prepare balance sheets

Track and reconcile bank statements

Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)

Process tax payments

Support monthly payroll and keep organised records

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed

Provide administrative support during budget preparation

Participate in quarterly and annual audits

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:
Work experience as a Finance Assistant, or similar role / worked within an office environment for office manager / payroll / finance

Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)

Familiarity with accounting software - NOT ESSENTIAL

Organisational and time-management skills

Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors / Analytical approach
