**Overall Purpose of the Job**
Working within our hub in Widnes, you’ll make sure our customers get the timely and professional service they expect.
Reporting to the Customer Communications Managers, you will be involved with:
- Demonstrating good time management as you will be accountable for working between all of our means of communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, liaising with customers as well as other internal operational departments.
- Work face to face with the public within our store
- Supporting the core functions of the business through additional administrative duties
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the organisation and the overall business objectives
**Previous Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
A positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach is more important than previous experience, as full training is provided.

Knowledge of model railways, diecast items or plastic kits is not required but would be beneficial
**Salary and Working Hours**
The hours for this role are from Monday-Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week.
Pay for this role is hourly, starting at** £9.80**. With performance-related pay, our top performers are **earning up to £11.00 an hour.**
**We also offer additional bonuses for staff who stand out and are named by customers for their excellent service.**
