Role: Application Support Engineer

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: Newport (On-Site)

**Outline**

This software is used for documentation control / lifecycle management within both a secure and restricted network and based fully at Client's Newport site.

Basic support and administration services are required for a maximum user base of 300 users for the secure network and 700 users for the restricted network.

**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**

The Starteam Support Engineer will be required to provide support to the following areas:

- Application user management
- Support for troubleshooting
- Version control
- Patching
