We are currently looking for a **Head of Marketing & Admissions**, to lead our Marketing and Admission Teams, in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

Alpha Schools was founded in 2003 and has quietly grown to be one of the largest operators of independent schools in the UK.

Unusually, we like to keep a low profile as we believe that each school should retain its own distinct character and history, rather than simply becoming part of a corporate homogeny. For this reason, you will find little online about Alpha Schools.

**About the Position**

A member of the Leadership Team with responsibility for marketing of a group of schools and admissions, with particular focus on driving pupil recruitment and building individual schools’ profiles (internal and external). Including;
- Marketing - to take responsibility for the development, coordination and implementation of each school’s marketing strategy.
- Admissions - to oversee pupil recruitment and work with the Head of Admissions to develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure that the group’s recruitment targets are met.
- Communications - to oversee all school and group communications to ensure a consistent and professional approach.

Management and development of the team who will assist on the implementation of the marketing, admissions and communication activities.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who:

- Educated to degree level
- Has significant marketing experience, including producing and implementing marketing plans and strategies
- Understanding of current digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of Customer Relationship Management
- A working knowledge of digital communications and digital platforms
- Enjoyment of working within and liking of school environments
- Willing to travel and have a Full Clean Driving License
- _Previous experience of working with school marketing is desirable_

**Working Hours**: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

**Salary**:Dependent on experience
