We are now recruiting for an outstanding school in Dorking as they are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to inspire and support students with special needs.**

**About the role**:

- To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the students’ growth
- To offer personalised teaching and learning in a SEMH specific environment
- To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children
- A devoted Learning Support Assistant to support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
- Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role
