RCB Cleaning & Support Services are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant

Working Hours: Monday till Friday 8-4pm with 1 hour break, based at our office in Chesterton
- Finding alternative cover for Absents and holidays
- Answering Phone calls and passing on messages to the correct department
- Updating Qtier system
- Declining or authorising holiday request forms
- Assisting with Payroll
- Sending weekly work schedules out to staff
- Communicating with customers
- Assisting our on call team with out of hour calls (Extra Pay)
- Admin work

There is a supplemental payment of an extra 50p per hour for full attendance.

Qualifications or Experience is not applicable as full training will be provided

Our specialist team cover all aspects of cleaning in the Educational, Industrial and Commercial sector, providing you with a managed hygiene service, fundamental to the safe and efficient operation of any business.
At RCB, staff selection is vital in getting the job done correctly. All our cleaning staff live locally to the contracts that they clean and each member of our team is trained in the essential aspects of the COSHH Health and Safety Regulations.
All sites are personally visited by our management team, whilst our staff are working, to check that standards are being maintained. No matter how large or small the contract is, each of our clients receive the same high level of service.
We have an impressive portfolio of clients which includes retail and wholesale warehouses, distribution centres, schools, sterilisation plants and leisure complexes plus many other companies based within the manufacturing sector.
We also have our own range of cleaning products which means that whatever your site requirements are, we will always have the right cleaning product available to get the job done.
So for cleaning requirements in the Midlands and North West use RCB - the quality cleaning company.
