The Operations Associate is responsible for optimising the company’s operations
function and interaction between the involved parties at all times.

In co-operation with the Operations Manager and Senior Operations Associate responsible for the delivery of the operations function for the UK business;
Monitor day to day logistic operations from collection, through to delivery for
allocated transport lanes;
Promptly update the ‘Gemisoft’ system with any changes, advise customers
(internal and external) and logistics providers accordingly;
Act as effective front-line support for logistic related enquiries and queries;
Process Purchase invoices and invoice queries associated with allocated
transport lanes (Purchase Ledger);
Arrange and ensure sending out of weekly Sales Invoices and Proforma’s for
allocated transport lanes (Sales Ledger);
Processing of Sales credits and re-invoicing for allocated transport
lanes;
Assist with transport planning and forward finalised schedules accordingly;
Support Operations Manager and Senior Operations Associate in set-up of new suppliers and customers in GemiSoft;
Updating Bulk Vessel Spreadsheet and Sales invoicing where necessary;
Reconciliation of supplier statements;
Adhere to all UK Policies

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
