We have an incredible opportunity to join highly successful TV production company in Brighton, in brand new offices. We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, intelligent PA to make the role their own, where you can have a voice and add value. Your rolewill be an integral position in the business, supporting the Founder and Creative Director, offering exceptional, top class PA support, along with all additional office administration task. We are looking for an individual who has initiative, is proactive,who can take ownership and get involved in all departments across the production company.

**We want a passionate PA, who thrives in a fast paced, busy and agile environment. This is a position where you can take ownership and accountability and has amazing career prospects for the right individual.**

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;**
- Complex Diary management to the Founder and Creative Director
- Travel arrangements
- First point of contact for all queries and to be the face of the company
- Liaising with all suppliers and vendors
- Expenses
- Coordinate meetings, events, dinners, launches and organising catering and all logistics
- Reconcile petty cash
- Support the development team with commissioning meetings, administration, contracts and

play an active role in brainstorming sessions
- General administrative support
- Strong PA skills and experience
- Competent and confident demeanour
- Exceptional spelling and grammar
- Excellent Microsoft skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoy being a PA
- Agile approach and can work in a fast paced, demanding environment

**This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who loves to be needed and enjoys giving exceptional PA support and be the lynch pin of the office. You will have exposure to all areas of a very successful TV production company and can be creative, brainstormideas and add value in a fun, collaborative working environment.**
