Women's Best are looking for a superstar Influencer Manager (Sponsor/Creator/Earned) to be based in their new London HQ. Reporting to our Chief Brand Officer, you’ll manage our influencer/creator campaign activation globally, which should result in greater brand equity and reach, followers, engagement, traffic & sales for Women’s Best. You should be able to report on the effectivenessof your activity both commercially but also emotionally in terms of the ‘authenticity’, demonstrating a balance between the art and science which unlocks significant traction in earned media.

Role Responsibilities:
Development and execution of earned media strategies and campaigns for the USA, Constantly seeking new influencers that fit Women’s Best vision and keeping an eye on new / rising talent;
Developing customised content ideas with the influencers you manage and facilitate content creation for a variety of channels by working closely with other departments as social and campaign teams;
Working closely with our CBO and wider earned/influencer team to develop and launch activity which drives further upper funnel awareness and brand equity with our influencers in mind;
Making research of the target audience, closest competitors, experts;
Finding and pitching the ‘right’ influencers and negotiating the best commercials and service levels between Women's Best and the influencer (i.e. Gifting, Retainer, Commission or Hybrid?), always aiming to generate significant RoI for Women's Best;
Running influencer campaigns, working on content including the development of ideas, writing and creating it;
Acting as our Influencers’ main point of contact, you elevate influencer relations and ensure Women's Best are regarded as a market leading Brand in the Influencer community, facilitate product seeding, onboarding and training

Monitoring results from influencer campaigns and support finance team with correct and on-time payments;
Knowing the legalities involved in influencer campaigns;
Planning influencer events and trips;
Performance of a comparative analysis of the achievements and ROI (including competitors);
Looking for new approaches of how to improve campaigns;
Provide expertise on current Influencer / Creator economy / industry best practice;
Positively impact and influence internal stakeholders and external partners;
Effectively communicate and collaborate with Product, Brand, Marketing, Trading, Operations, Tech, Insight and Finance teams;
Uphold Women's Best’s brand vision and standards as well as Women's Best’s company Objectives, Strategy & Tactics;
About You:
3+ years of work experience in international (USA would be incredible) Influencer marketing, ideally in Luxury / Aspirational Fashion & Apparel or a Social Media / Influencer Agency with Fashion clients;
Experience with building and retaining ‘amazing’ influencers;
A structured way of working; competencies in planning and organisation & excellent attention to detail;
Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and social networks;
An eye for quality content & storytelling;
A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within team;
Fluent and accurate English (USA) spoken and written.

Clearly aware / leading edge experience about USA popular culture

Flexible to travel when needed / when reasonable
