Dorsuite are looking for a **Head of Procurement **to report to our Operations Director. This role can be based at our site in Mold (**Wales**), **Aberdeen **or **Glasgow**.

The key responsibilities of the role are to provide strategic and tactical direction to the procurement, purchase administration and stores management teams to support a diverse, growing and complex manufacturing and testing operation and its support functions. This will be achieved through strong people management and development. Developing and fostering strong supply chain relationships and simplifying all internal processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and clarity of operations for the entire business.

We are looking for somone who will manage and develop our existing team of circa 10 across 5 different UK sites and implement a strategic framework for the business in line with our growth plans. Ensure suitable onboarding for all suppliers to protect and minimise risk to the business, develop a supplier risk managment process / policy, explore options for foreign supply chain to improve business profitability whilst always placing business performance at the forefront of all decisions.

You will have experience of operating within a dynamic procurement function at a senior level and be a strong communicator at all levels. You will ideally be a member of the Chartered Institure of Procurement and Supply.
