**About the role**
- The role provides competent and professional health, safety and occasional environmental advice and services in line with business needs within the site and across the Group.
- The Health, Safety and Environmental Advisors support assigned Business Unit or site(s) as applicable, and on occasion UK Safety Function, working flexibly to deliver against the Key Accountabilities described below.
- You will drive a change in the safety culture across the business contributing to improved safety performance, supporting the wider EHS Advisor community as required.

**What do I need?**

You must have experience, of managing Health & Safety in the workplace either as HSE Practitioner or in delivery role with key HSE responsibilities.

**What will I be doing?**
- You will provide competent and technical health, safety and occasional environmental advice to operational and delivery teams, working in partnership with assurance managers.
- The Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor will influence decision makers to help ensure a proportionate focus on HSE delivery, recognised as a trusted partner and competent HSE Advisor.
- The Health Safety and Environmental Advisor will promote a positive and innovative safety culture, contributing to the Safe for Life programme, and engaging with business management to ensure lessons learned are understood and embedded.
- You will work across the organisation and in partnership with the HSE Advisor community deliver the change programme through a process of training, mentoring, coaching and facilitating.
- You will give advice and support to operational and delivery teams in HSE competence assessment, ensuring delivery teams are competent to deliver against respective HSE accountabilities and responsibilities.
