**L&D Coordinator - Professional Services**

**City - Hybrid working**
A global Law firm with international offices across four continents, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D professional with previous exposure within a Legal or Professional Services environment, to join their growing team.
You will have knowledge of Learning Management Systems and exception administrative, organizational and coordination skills. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel is also essential.
**The Role**:

- Providing admin support to the programme manager of various training programmes
- Set up virtual training sessions
- End to end coordination of training courses, managing trainee induction and tracking progress
- Liaise with internal and external trainers to arrange dates for training sessions
- Mange all admin tasks in the LMS, ensuring records are kept up to date
- Manage the L&D share inbox and L&D calendar
- Keep L&D intranet pages updated
- Dealing with internal queries from colleagues
- Support to the wider L&D team

**Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum of 18 months experience within a similar L&D Admin support role
- Proven experience within either Legal or Professional Services is ESSENTIAL
- Exceptional coordination and administrative skills
- Strong IT skills - Excel, Video Conferencing platforms etc.
- Proactive, energetic and a can-do approach
- Strong eye for detail
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
