The People Analyst will support the HR team and key stakeholders by providing timely and effective data analytics to help maintain a positive colleague experience. The overall primary purpose of which is to produce reports according to the needs of the business, and to maintain and improve reporting capabilities. It requires someone who has appropriate technical ability, but can also communicate about reporting to non-technical users. Understanding the underlying data and the business processes that drive them are essential.

We want the individual to be able to help drive report and provide insights into all elements of people data, and turn into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. The People Analyst will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends on our people data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse requirements, design and produce reports according to business needs
- Play a key role in maintaining reports and integrate new information as required
- Work with our People Partners and wider People Team to understand and deliver on individual reporting needs
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting
**Competencies Required**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
**Qualifications / Experience Required**:

- Extensive Smartsheet/Excel experience
- Knowledge of HR Systems (ideally CoreHR) and a willingness to learn
- Experience in producing reports on a large scale
- Knowledge of data collection and an ability to streamline processes and provide efficiencies
