**Job Title: Engineering Stock Controller**

**Location: Tutbury**

**Salary: Negotiable**

**Shifts: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4pm**

**Role Overview**:
As a front facing representative of our client, you will be responsible for ensuring the Stores are maintained to a high standard and take full responsibility for the availability of products which will be bought both effectively and efficiently in orderto deliver savings to the client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the client
- Update the client system to ensure data is compliant
- Expedite all outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner when required
- Accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system
- Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner
- Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary
- Conduct rotational stock checks
- Record stock locations for all products required in store
- Record stock adjustments and to action as appropriate
- Release stock orders using client systems
- To maintain a high level of housekeeping in line with company standards
- Attend site meetings when required to discuss any issues within store and to follow up appropriately
- Carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills (SAP experience is desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Forklift is desirable but not essential
