**Job Overview**
- l am _recruiting _a _**Baby Room Assistant **_to join my small private _setting_. _
- Based in a very accessible location next to the shops on _**the high street. **_around an _**2 minute walk from the bus stop **_so we are very accessible via public transport._
- This role is part time pos_ition _with the _possibility _of full time hours, working a variety of shifts between the hours of _**7:30am-6pm**_._
- Baby Room Practitioner
- For our 9 month to 24 month olds.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for infants and toddlers in a nurturing environment.

**Duties**
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Manage daily routines, including feeding, napping, and playtime, while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Observe children’s behaviour and development, documenting progress as required.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and independence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in early childhood education is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment for children.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
