**Cherry professional** is supporting a dynamic company who are passionate about future health. We are looking for a **Customer Care Administrator** based in **Nottingham** on a **permanent** basis
You will support the Storage Renewal Manager to facilitate upgrading customer storage. Therefore, it is paramount that you can speak** Spanish **as you will liaise with **Customers** in **Spain** and converse with themto offer different options available to them.
Are you fluent in Spanish and have a **Customer Care** Administrator background? Then, this role would be ideal for you
Key responsibilities,
To contact customers when their sample storage is due for renewal.
You will ensure customers are provided with current marketing materials. To update current data and clean the CRM systems.
You will process newly signed paperwork from the customer.
To request invoices and send them out to customers
You will follow up with the customers to chase anything outstanding and finalise the services with certification.
Excellent telephone and customer care skills
High attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Being able to work as part of a bustling team, as well as using own initiative with regard to problem-solving
Good written and verbal communication skills
Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
Benefits for you,
Salary of **£20k - £24k per annum**.
25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), rising to 27.
