Administration Assistant/receptionist

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Typing of dictated letters.
- Organise and input data into office files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Utilise the office calendar system by scheduling relevant information and maintaining its accuracy, coordinate appointments and meetings as appropriate.
- Provide clerical support to various staff as needed, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic office environment.
Pay: £22,509.00 per year
