**Office Administrator**
Holdcroft Heating, an award-winning heating company established for over 35 years, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our administrative team based at our busy head office in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.
**The Person**
- Previous office experience or experience in a similar role is essential
- The ability to plan/manage business work diaries, be competent in all aspects of general office work, appointment making, invoicing etc.
- Must have strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word/Excel etc.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, must be team player and have excellent communication skill
- You will be required to answer incoming calls to the office and meet & greet visitors
**Job Types**: Full Time, 9am-5pm - Monday to Friday
