We are looking for an enthusiastic Trimmer to join the Composite Assembly department. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a core department in assembling high quality carbon components for our F1 racing car in the most efficient, cost-effective manner.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Trim, fit and bond carbon fibre components as specified in engineering drawings and build instructions
- Assembling moulds, jigs, and fixtures
- Structural bonding of components to company specifications
- Ability to deal with technical challenges and solve problems as they arise
- Responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards on all manufactured composites components to defined standards
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of quality and efficiency
- Working to challenging and demanding lead times
- Assisting other areas of the department as required
- Ability to demonstrate significant previous experience of trimming/fitting a broad range of composite materials in Motorsport / F1
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, always remaining respectful
- A methodical and thorough approach to the work with excellent attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and can motivate and influence others
- Work as part of a team in an ever-demanding environment
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
- Work well under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to be flexible
