We are looking for an enthusiastic Composite Fitter to join the Composite Fitting Shop on rotating early and late shifts. This is a fixed term contract opportunity to start beginning of December 2025 and ending May 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a core department, in assembling high quality carbon components for our F1 racing car and our customer supply, in the most efficient, cost-effective manner. You can share our passion and hunger for competition whilst staying true to our values, in addition to enjoying an innovative environment where collaboration and teamwork is key. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who will share successes whilst embedding into to our ethos of continuous improvements in a world that continues to evolve. Key Accountabilities (Duties): Trimming, fitting and bonding carbon fibre components utilising engineering drawings and build instructions. Assembling moulds, jigs and fixtures. Ability to deal with technical challenges and solve problems as they arise. Responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards on all manufactured composites components to defined standards. Proactively contributing to the improvement of quality and efficiency. Working to challenging and demanding lead times. Being aware of Health and Safety requirements.
