**About The Role**:

- We're looking for a Systems Coordinator with experience in Smart Communications (SmartComms) to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract to help maintain and develop our customer facing operational communications and system generated communications from our internal IT systems. In this role, you'll be providing insight and recommendations as well as developing the desired output. This is a technical role so any experience using XML, Java or Javascript is desirable but training can also be given- As the Systems Coordinator, you'll be responsible for attending training and self-learn the systems used for customer correspondence including template development using the Smart Communications Template Designer and Data Modeller. It's a varied role and will include day to day monitoring of systems, identifying enhancements and understanding system capabilities, planning and mapping medium and long term demands, manage the resolution of errors and assist with resolving larger scale issues and so much more**We’re interested in what you do and how you do things, not when and where you do them. **About You**:

- Some of the Key experience we're looking for includes:
- Experience of working with Customer Relation management systems and experience working with Smart Communications are essential.
- Any experience using XML, Java or Javascript would be advantageous but not essential
- Bonus points for any experience working as part of a project team and any knowledge of relevant legislation and FCA guidelines would be a welcome added extra
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal are absolutely key for this role.
