**About the Role**: Our client, based in Northampton are seeking a Tax Manager. Tax Manager will be providing mixed tax compliance and advisory services in support of the Tax Director / Tax Partner to office clients, maximising fee income andgenerating new client and consultancy work from a portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering tax advisory projects for clients (this will include: Capital reduction demergers and corporate restructuring, Advice for shareholders, Tax due diligence, Sharescheme planning).
The successful individual will have some experience of tax advisory work although this may only be on limited areas.This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established award-winning multi-office practice with excellent business and career growth opportunities.Therole will ideally suit a forward thinking and motivated individual who thrives on meeting new and existing clients and building great relationships.
**Requirements**:CTA and current technical knowledge. Corporate tax experience in an OMB environment. Some advisory experience.Strong communication both oral and written. Commercial awareness. Client focus and client relationship skills.
