**Primary Responsibilities**:
Working to brief to generate innovative and visually appealing design layouts for print collateral, digital assets and social media graphics.

Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a cohesive brand image across all design deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and effectively translate concepts and ideas into designs.

Contribute to the development of creative strategies and provide design ideas to achieve marketing objectives and enhance user experiences.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, milestones, and priorities to meet project deadlines.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs, ensuring high-quality output and client satisfaction.

Organise and maintain digital assets, including images, fonts, and design files

Working across the creative suite programs as well as Figma, Miro, Canva and Frontify

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a mid-weight designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of design work.

Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Canva, and Frontify is a plus.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivery high-quality designs.
