**Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer - Up to £45,000 with Benefits**

Potensis Selections are currently working with one of the UK’s leading Residential Developers, who are looking to attract an Assistant Quantity Surveyor position to their team in Kent and Surrey.

Our client is looking for someone who is ambitious and driven, looking to start a long-term career with a respected developer with a strong pipeline of work ahead of them. Training and support will be provided as part of the role.

Responsibilities will include:

- Reading and Deciphering reports
- Communicating with the Commercial Team
- Carrying out building inspections
- Handling costs, calculating scope of work and working closely with Senior QS

Previous experience within a Commercial department is required, with experience within either residential developers or main contractors being preferred.
