**The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Building Products**:
As Area Sales Manager, your remit will be to sell a wide range of building products into an established customer base of national builders merchants across Northern England and Scotland. Dealing at predominately Regional Director level within the likes of Plumbase,City Plumbing, SIG and Edmundson Electrical, your role will be to increase the number of branches stocking products and introduce new product ranges to your clients. This exciting position will play to the strengths of those who enjoy developing long termrelationships and excel in a fast paced environment.

**For the position of Area Sales Manager - Construction Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- Managed a sales territory and developed sales growth at a strategic level
- Must have sold to distribution channels, such as plumbing & heating merchants, electrical wholesalers and insulation specialists
- Ambitious and driven to further their career
- Structured and organised approach to sales
- Excellent team working ability
- Must be well presented, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
- Great relationship and account management skills
- Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system

**Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Building Products**:

- Up to £45,000 base salary, plus 20% bonus, uncapped
