**Job description**:
As the Sales Director for the UK region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships for Target Integration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to partners/customers to promote Target Integration services particularly ERP System Implementations, CRM System Implementations, and Custom Software Development Services.
- Make strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Work on executing plans to achieve sales goals
- Attend meetings to grow the business
- Generate meetings with potential partners/customers
- Meet existing customers to look after their current/future needs
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaign development and other cross functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in customer meetings, represent the company at events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems for distribution, retail and manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of sales concepts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and growing a sales team.

**Working Hours**: Flexible

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £350.00-£400.00 per day

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
