Production Operative -- Reporting to Production Shift Manager

**To build beautiful bouquets which bring joy to all who receive them. Go home smelling of roses**

**Primary functions**
- Counting, putting on and adding the required number of flowers, greenery and/or decorative products on the belt according to the required production speed
- Making of parallel bouquets
- Preparing for production of products of glass and/or pots
- Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling
- Packing of bouquets into buckets and or boxes without supervision and checking the specifications in a timely planner
- Noticing quality deviations and inform the Line Leader immediately
- Effective product handling to prevent damage during the production process.
- Label the packaging ensuring the correct specifications are adhered to
- Label plants, ensuring the correct specifications are adhered to
- Keeping the production floor clean and tidy work area

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing and completion of bouquets and plants within the production areas
- Working safely and efficiently, keeping the work area neat and tidy

**Other Considerations: 4 day shifts**
Sun - Tues 10:00 - 22:00 & Wednesday 14:30 - 22:00
/OR/
Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thurs - Sat 06:00 - 18:00

Occasional additional shifts as required in order to facilitate the needs of the business
Salary scale: £11.44, overtime after 42.5 hours
Unsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15%
Contributory Pension Scheme
Annual leave: 23 Days including bank holidays

We will be holding Inductions at 14:00pm every Wednesday and 10:00am every Friday for the next few weeks. Please bring relevant Right to work documents and Bank details when you attend.
