About GMP
- Based in Stafford and operating for over 25 years, GMP Drivercare offer a range of motoring solutions to the public and private sector, including vehicle leasing, salary sacrifice, accident management, insurance and onward mobility services.
- We are office based, operating Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm in the Stafford Technology Park.

Duties
- Help our customers place new vehicle orders, track progress and ensure drivers get relevant updates.
- Actively engage with customers coming up for renewal of their lease.
- Progress Service, Maintenance and Accident Repair appointments for drivers
- Ensure customers receive system generated reports and adapt them if required.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to deliver expectation beating service
- See through sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications and skills
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths C / 4 +
- IT Literate and able to use web based IT systems
- Strong Attention to detail
- A good communicator with a Customer Service focus
- Problem Solving
- Any knowledge of the Motor Industry is desirable but not required.
- Any knowledge of the Accident Management and Insurance industries is desirable but not required.
- Wants to see the business and their team mates do well and is keen to suggest improvements when they see them
- Have a strong customer focus (required)
- Have great communication skills (required)
- Be comfortable in a fast paced environment (required)
- Feel comfortable in a low pressure sales environment (desired)
- Have knowledge the motor industry (desired)
- Be comfortable making outbound calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000 - 25,000

Additional pay:

- Potential bonus and commission schemes (to be agreed)
