Customer Service Advisor

This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in people and making a real difference to our community. You will be the first point of contact for many vulnerable people living in our communities helping with a wide range of queries. You will need to demonstrate a high level of empathy and patience with our customers to ensure they feel supported in their interactions with our team.

After a period of training & competent performance, the role will involve a combination of home and office working. A suitable home environment and broadband connection is therefore essential.
**About you**
We are looking for you to bring the following skills and qualities:
- Proactive and self-motivated as well as being a team player in order to achieve individual, team and organisational objective
- Strong communication, in particular verbal and effective writing skills
- Excellent IT skills and confidence in using a range of computer systems
- Warm and friendly, displaying a genuine interest in others
- Patient and attentive listening to ensure customers wants and needs are support, whilst at the same time managing customer expectations
**Our offer to you**
**Salary**:£19,099 plus benefits
**Working Hours**: 37 per week Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.00pm.
**Base**: This is a hybrid role with a combination of working from home and occasional training and meetings in the office, Chy Trevail Bodmin Cornwall PL31 2FR.
